We only offer exchanges we do not issue refunds/cancellations.
In a very rare occasion where you're unhappy with the size of the item or any other complications, you have to send it back for it to be examined. We won’t accept any Item delivered back to us after 2 weeks of receiving it.
The item must be successfully delivered back to us within 2 weeks of receiving it and still in a good condition with no odour, stains or rips. The item must be in the same condition as it was received. When these steps have been taken successfully, we will be able to issue an exchange.
Please note that you are responsible for the payment of your own return shipment. We highly encourage adding a tracking to the parcel so you are able to trace the process of the item as if we do not receive the item we won't issue an exchange. You must contact us first with proof of purchase like your full name and order number before we proceed.
